Motorola has just released new jelly bean update for XOOM tablet(wifi) users.
Download the firmware: Jellybean 4.1 firmware package
Download Google Apps Package : Google Apps Package
Transfer both Zip files to SD card and Flash it using Recovery mode(The recovery mode in Motorola Xoom can be entered by Holding the Volume Down button when the Motorola Logo is shown when the device is booted normally. Just in case if the device boots up in the normal mode then you will have to again try entering the tablet in the recovery mode).
Dont forget to flash/wipe data and cache partition.
