Google
has open sourced its Collobrative IDE called Collide which is a online
tool for software developers to code via web browsers.
It is a same like a Cloud9 IDE,Brackets by Adobe.
It
looks that Google doesnt want Collide for coding so one of software
engineering working in google has open sourced this IDE on Google code.
